How to eat right for sports endurance



Are you eating right for your sports goals? Lauren Moore, RD, Registered Dietician with NorthPointe Health and Wellness, will be presenting “Elite Eating for Endurance”. This free presentation will be held on Wednesday, April 30, at 6:30 p.m. in the NorthPointe Community Education Room. Athletes will benefit from finding out more about how to eat right for their sports goals such as running a marathon, riding bikes in summer events, going the distance for biathlons or triathlons.
